Setting up new STP 2 and repeatedly being timed out

Hi everyone

I am going through and finishing setting up employees etc in the new Payroll and keep getting timed out when trying to update anything. Comes up with the followng error code

Request to failed, reason: Socket timeout

Any idea ?

    Hi BobW,

    Iโ€™m sorry to hear that youโ€™re having trouble setting up employees in the new Payroll. This is a known issue. Our Dev will be releasing a fix soon.

    In the meantime, you may try following these steps.

    1. Use an incognito window and connect it from there.

    2. Clear your browserโ€™s cache so the system can start fresh

    3. Ensure that your browser is updated.

    4. Switch to other supported browsers.

    5. Restart your browser and then log in to Reckon Payroll again
