On Payroll Web - there is a bigger issue. Upgraded from Reckon One to new Payroll.

Creating a new Employee gets past tab 1 (Employee Details) when complete. However, when completing tab 2, there is no "Continue" option, only "Save and Continue" or "Cancel". The "Save and Continue" fails because it won't save without Super details, and a pop-up notifies you of this error. However, it is impossible to get to the Super ("Other details") tab, because it is greyed out.

    Super frustrating...

    Hi @Hari Raju

Can you please check if the Default Super Fund exists in your Reckon Payroll by going to Settings ➡ Superannuation Funds.

If it doesn't, please create the default super fund.

Click the Create Superannuation Fund button ➡ APRA regulated ➡ Enter 'Default' in the Fund Name field then select the Default Super Fund option that appears in the list ➡ Create

Once you've done that, then create the new employee.

Does that work for you? Let me know.

    Cheers

    Hi @Rav

Thanks - that solved my problem. I am grateful for your help - I would never have worked this out on my own.

Perhaps the Default Super Fund should be automatically created for users, including those migrating from Reckon One Payroll?

Yep, agreed. The good news is, we've got a full fix for this coming through (fingers crossed) later this week so it shouldn't be an issue for too much longer.
