Importing YTD Salary Figures

Hi @Rav
Is there a way to add 'salary' to the Earnings & Leave dropdown when entering initial YTD figures?
The above employee is set up as a salaried employee but because there is no 'salary' option in the Earnings & Leave dropdown I've had to select the closest thing being 'Normal Hours' but it's going to cause confusion to the employees.
Is there a way to collate the two pay items?

What was this employee setup as/paid in Payroll Premier desktop? Salary, or using the Normal Hours item?

Normal Hours; Annual Salary.
I think if I can get an answer to my other query as to why I cannot edit a pay - I may be able to rectify this one myself.
I'll keep their pay rate basis as 'salary' but list their earning item as 'Normal Hours'. It should then collate the two totals - I'm hoping anyway.
Can you please let me know if a solution was found to the other ladies glitch re: a pay run not allowing you to edit despite it saying it has reverted back to an edit status? I'm having the same issue.
