Page frozen

I've done a re-start and shut-down and ended the task and still Reckon takes me back to this page and I can't move on! I've also tried Alt + page up/down. Any ideas?

    Hi @sandrah

    Did no windows or prompts open in the background appear after you tried the Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up shortcut?

    Also, when you shut down did you also end the active session in the Hosted control panel? If not, please try that by selecting the Log off Remote Sessions option then logoff your active session. Once that is done logout and then log back in to Hosted after a couple of minutes.

    Thank you. I got through to the Reckon helpdesk. I had to press Alt Page up multiple times (took ages) then closed off the active session in the control panel and it worked. However, it did exactly the same again when I tried to generate another customer statement so I had to do the same again. I won't try again!! Thanks for your reply.
