leave


I have a terminated employee that is still showing negative 0.0005 hours of leave owing - how do I change this back to zero so it will stop showing on my leave reports.
I have tried to edit in the leave section but it keeps defaulting back to the negative figure

This can be edited in the Employee Record - Leave as in the screenshot below -

Sadly I have tried this and it doesn't save but reverts back to the negative amount.
I will just leave for now then.

Have you tried removing the leave item itself from the specific employee's profile?
In the second screenshot from @Tanvi_kataria above, you'll see a red trash bin button in the annual leave item. That will remove the leave item itself from the employee profile.
Maybe give that a go and see if that has a better result. Let us know how you go.

Hi Rav
Just tried that but it won't let me delete as it says "cannot be deleted as there is a current balance" even though it is negative of -0.0005.
I tried changing to zero and then deleting but still no luck.
