Hi everyone,

I transitioned to Reckon Payroll from Payroll Premier some 7 weeks ago, I will have 7 pay runs not submitted to the ATO due to an issue with our ABN Branch number which is in the hands of the Dev Team. I just wondered if anyone else has the same issue and if yours has been resolved or have you had an extension of time with the ATO setup?

    Hi @Libby,

Could you please provide more information in regard to the ABN Branch issue?

Do you currently have the incorrect branch set for STP submissions?

    Thank you and speak soon.

    Cheers,

    Lucas

I already have a case number and a support person is working on it.

I just wondered what users of Reckon Payroll are experiencing and if I should be really concerned about not submitting reports to the ATO for so long?

    Hi Libby

I've just been looking over the notes on your case and its seems to be a very unique situation in regard to configuration of the branch number.

It has stretched on for a fair while though which is less than ideal and I think that's something we could improve on. I've asked our dev team to put some priority on getting this resolved in full for you ASAP.
