Reckon reports slow since upgrade to Windows 11

Since upgrading to Windows 11 our reckon reports are running extremely slow. We are using 2023 desktop version.

Is there anything we can do to rectify this problem?

    Which specific reports are slower on Windows 11 versus on your previous operating system?

    How much slower are they?

    Do you make any specific modifications to the reports or filters before the report is generated?

    Do you set any specific period (from and to date)?

    Are you logged into the data file in multi-user mode?

    How many users are logged into that company data file at the same time?

    Is it significantly faster when you are logged in as the admin user only in single-user mode?

    How big is your data file?

    Have you made a recent backup of your data file with the complete verification option enabled?
