Feeling down over the Payroll migration from Recon one
Having nothing but trouble. One of the employees wont progress pass compliance has they have automatically been assigned 2 x annual and 2 x personal leave. Been waiting nearly a week for a resolution from the help desk.
For part time workers, with weekly hours changing all the time, it will not accrue the leave based on a set per hour amount correctly. It assumes a 152 hour entitlement or set prorata. Cant use this as it changes week to week for the employee.
Now I cant even add a new employee as when on the leave page, before the super aspect, it wont continue due to not having a default super fund??
Hopefully they come good or time to move elsewhere.

Hi @iris323
I'm really sorry to hear you're not loving the new Reckon Payroll experience 😔
One of the employees wont progress pass compliance has they have automatically been assigned 2 x annual and 2 x personal leave.
In regard to the above, where have these additional leave items been assigned to the employee? In their employee profile or the Pay Setup screen?
You've mentioned they are not passing compliance, do you mean they are being rejected when you try to send an STP submission or are you trying to complete the STP Phase 2 Checklist?
Either way, what is happening specifically? Are you encountering an error message? If so, what is it?

Can you give me a bit more info on this. If you have an example with screenshots that would be great and I can speak with the product team to get some more info around this.

If the error message you're encountering in relation to the above is
Superfund needs to be linked to Super Contact
then this usually appears when the default system super fund has been modified. If you go into Settings ➡️ Superannuation Funds in Reckon Payroll, do you see the Default Super Fund in the list? If not then its very likely that the default system superfund has been modified to be a different super fund or deleted altogether.
We've recently updated this so that the default super fund can no longer be modified however if you've already done so at some point prior, then I'd recommend following the steps outlined in this help guide linked below -
