My Accounts hosted page has gone blank and is not responding to anything,

When I logged into my Reckon accounts hosted this morning, I was asked to backup my data which I di. Now the page is blank and I cannot do invoices.

Majority of Tabs are also greyed out so I can't access them either.

Can someone please advise on what the problem is and how I can fix it

    If you can access the Control Panel go to Log off remote sessions. Also try another browser, I just logged on via Safari on an iPad and all ok
