Page can’t be displayed after logging out of GovConnect in RAH
After I exit the reckon Gov portal and return to Hosted this page now comes up - it never used to

Is that Internet Explorer @Kris_Williams ?
I tend to find it doesn’t work optimally in that one as it’s out of date 😬
Have you tried other browsers ?

I always use Firefox and mostly have no issues, this has only started very recently. I will try Chrome next time and test it

Just out of curiousity, can you let me know the specific steps you went through when you encountered that error message? I'll see if I can replicate it in my own account as well.

In Reckon Hosted I processed the payroll then went to Lodge STP. The window came up to tick employees and save the file to Q Drive. Then I clicked on Export and logged into the portal. I uploaded the STP file then clicked on the little arrow down on the bottom left corner to exit the portal. Normally this goes straight back into Hosted and I close the STP window and continue with anything else I need to do. But for the past couple of weeks that window I attached comes up, I can close it and carry on but it never used to happen. I always use Firefox but this morning I used Google Chrome and got the same result.

The team is looking into it at the moment. In the interim, after you've finished in GovConnect if you simply close the internal browser window it'll return you back to Hosted 👇
I'll keep you posted with progress on this as soon as I get the word from the devs.

Same issue with my STP submission yesterday. The browser I use is Brave.

Hi everyone,
Just coming back to this for an update.. the devs have put in a solution which has provided a partial solve at this stage.
When you now select the 'Back to Portal' option in GovConnect within Hosted it won't return an error page as outlined in the opening post which will be lot better 🥳
Just a quick note if you're still signed into Portal after doing the above and then select the Sign out option in the top right corner you'll be signed out of your account and land on the page pictured in my screenshot below 👇
You can simply close the window using the X button as normal or sign-in again if you need to. Granted, the page above isn't all that elegant so the team have some further work on this planned.
