Employees has not been able to access their payslip since the upgrade

Hi Rav,

Here are the screenshots showing denied access for employees.

When employee click on Payslips, it brings to a new page

Employees were invited and accepted.

    Thanks for the screenshots! 🙌

    The above is directing to Reckon Payroll itself which will show all payroll activity in addition to payslips ie. pay runs, employees, settings etc

    Is this how you've always accessed payslips prior to the upgrade? ie. are your payslips emailed to the employee as well? Are you having any trouble opening/accessing an emailed payslip?

    Hi Rav,

    I have admin access, so i am able to access and email payslips to employees when I logged in.

    However, when an employee login they get "You don't have permission to view Reckon Payroll"

    Understood, thanks for that.

    Yes, the Reckon Mate upgrade will solve this once its released in December.

    In the interim, your employees are able to obtain their payslips via the email you send them (as the admin), correct?

    I'll let you know as soon as Reckon Mate is available to our Reckon One customers who have upgraded to Reckon Payroll 👍

    I know this has been a long time coming but I'm really happy to let you know a new Reckon Mate update is now available (version 2.0.43) 🎉

    This update gives Reckon Mate a fresh new look but more importantly, it allows our customers who have upgraded from Reckon One and/or Payroll Premier to utilise the app for their employees.

    Please ensure your employees have downloaded the latest version of the Reckon Mate app from their Apple App Store or Google Play Store (links below) and once done, you can invite them from their profile in your Reckon Payroll.
