Emailing Pay slips no longer works with FY24 Reckon Desktop update
Please help!
Ever since installing this year's 2024 update for Reckon Accounts Premier Desktop, when I "Send pay slips by email", it will launch Outlook and send the first one, but then gets caught in a warning loop of "Switch programs" or "Retry" and has to be completely re-booted before sending the next one (repeat for each pay slip!).
Please let me know what I can do to fix this!

Thank you, but these seem like quite a lot of high-level, complicated solutions to a problem that only started occurring with the FY24 update.
I tried the easy things on your info guide - disabling the "Display each email setting", checking the Microsoft Outlook Trust Centre settings, but the DWORD suggestion and other items are a bit above my computer expertise.
Surely it is a simpler solution in Reckon because there were no problems sending payslips before?

@KiraBohn its not a new issue. It has been around since 2008. I can fix it but I also know what im doing after all these years. Its also not just related to payslips. It happens with reports and invoices and statements.

Hi Rav,
Disabling the "Display each email" has now seemed to work after a few more re-starts of the program.
