Can't open the app

When I try to open the payroll app,I just get a blank screen

    G'day!, Have you tried login on the web version? Sign In - Reckon Payroll

    If you can login on the website, Could you please check if the Payroll app is updated to the latest version? or you can try uninstall and re-install the app again?

    When you are saying can't open, can you please describe abit more? Any error message?

    Have you successfully login on the web version?

    What is your Payroll app version? Have you uninstall and re-install the app?

    Are you using Apple or Android? Have you been able to successfully use the Payroll App before or is this your first time in trying to do so?

    Have you been able to login and use the Reckon Payroll App successfully on previous occasions? ie. is this a new issue you're encountering OR is this your first time in trying to use the app?

    Are you on the latest version of the app? The current version is v7.0.60. Check your app store for any available updates.


    Also as @Nickiu has asked a couple of times above, are you able to login successfully to Reckon Payroll on the web at https://payroll.reckon.com/ ?


    What is the ABN you've registered to your Reckon Payroll App account?

    Ok.. it's working now.

    Problem: trying to set up for casual employee.. there's no leave loading for casuals, but I can't complete the firm without figures for leave loading!!!

    HELP..SOON!

    The previous advice given to you was regarding the leave loading field which is what your question was around. Your screenshot doesn't show what the error message is that you're receiving nor what you're entering however as you'll see in the recording below, if I enter a value into the leave loading field it needs to be valid one at a minimum of 1. However if you don't want leave loading for the employee, leaving the leave loading field blank ie. without any value whatsoever does work when creating a new employee.


    It may be easier for you to action this in the full Reckon Payroll experience on a PC at https://payroll.reckon.com/ rather than the mobile app. You can also create an employee without any leave entitlements at all when accessing Reckon Payroll on a PC.

    Yes. Have received error message. Thanks for that.

    I actually don't have access to a pc, so unless there's another way around it., I'll just have to go ahead with the wages payment. Good on you reckon ,I don't think so. Angry,frustrated and disappointed!
