Can I email multiple invoices to a customer in Reckon One?

Hi,

My client is a personal trainer who mainly direct debits his clients on a weekly basis for the sessions they did in that week. Therefore, most of the invoices are paid within that week or the week after. As part of his contract with the gym he needs to send invoices to his clients. I have usually been sending them monthly in our previous software i.e. emailing all invoices for a month at the end of the month.

Is there a way to send multiple invoices to a client at once in Reckon One? I would like to be able to select all invoices for the month and send one email. It is too time consuming to go into each invoice and email them individually. That would also result in multiple emails which is annoying for the customer.

I see I can send them a monthly statement but that is not technically an invoice.

Hi @JRM

Unfortunately you cannot send multiple invoices within a single email via Reckon One at this stage. There's a somewhat related feature request here that I'd strongly recommend you adding a vote to along with some details of your use case.

At this stage, the only workaround would be to save the invoice PDF's and send them in one email external to Reckon One from your own mail service eg. Outlook, Gmail etc.

I am disappointed there is still no option for emailing invoices in bulk. The link you gave me to vote looks like this issue has been brought up back in 2018 and still nothing has been done so I'm guessing I will be waiting a while?

I changed over to Reckon One as I thought it might save me time compared to the system I was using before but it hasn't saved me much time at all atm.
