My client is a personal trainer who mainly direct debits his clients on a weekly basis for the sessions they did in that week. Therefore, most of the invoices are paid within that week or the week after. As part of his contract with the gym he needs to send invoices to his clients. I have usually been sending them monthly in our previous software i.e. emailing all invoices for a month at the end of the month.
Is there a way to send multiple invoices to a client at once in Reckon One? I would like to be able to select all invoices for the month and send one email. It is too time consuming to go into each invoice and email them individually. That would also result in multiple emails which is annoying for the customer.
I see I can send them a monthly statement but that is not technically an invoice.
