Unable to save Finish/Save Pay Run due to error message regarding "Archived Employee"

Hi

I'm just trying to do our regular fortnightly pay run this morning and I am getting the following error message when I try to save the pay run: "Error - This pay run cannot be marked as paid because it contains at least one archived employee".

The issue is that we did not have any archived employees. And then when I did archive one casual employee who has not worked recently (thinking that may be the issue) it still would not save the pay run…..displaying the above error message again.

I tried deleting the pay run and re-doing it and that did not fix the issue either.

Is there anything else I can try? Or is this a known problem?

I am somewhat confused as I don't believe anything has actually changed in our setup since I last did a pay run a fortnight ago.

    Hi @Tony Finn

    Can you please check whether there is a super fund or super item in an archived status in your Settings.
    If so, re-enable it and then recreate the pay run and try again.
