Error sending Reckon Hosted reports to email


Hi
I'm sending Reckon reports to email and they are rejecting to our usual work email address and my own private work email address. both are valid email address. reject emails attached for reference.

We need help to fix this. I've logged a support ticket as well - CAS-285544-L2FX9

I tried to send a Reckon report to excel (which goes to email) this morning. It seems to be working now. Thanks for that.
One more thing. I attached two PDFs to this enquiry (reject emails) & they contain our email addressess. For privacy reasons, I'd rather they were removed if possible. I probably shouldn't have uploaded these to a public space.
Is there any way you could delete the attachments?
