I set up my MFA but didn't know I needed to record this number for the future. So I'm guessing when I log out I will need this number to log back in. Is there any way of finding this number again or resetting?

Yes, you need to setup MFA as it is mandatory in Reckon Hosted. Please check this out on how to setup MFA.
