Hello

I have been using Reckon payroll since our upgrade from payroll premier October 2023, however I have been running both payrolls concurrently to check details etc. and using the aba file from Payroll Premier - I can't seem to understand how it is done in Reckon.

Can anyone help me with this please.

    Dear @Chris_9566250 ,

To create ABA files for Payroll Web, you will ensure your employees have their bank details in their employee details, your bank details are set in your Settings, and will need to use the Reckon One side of the application to create them.

If you have set your employee's bank details in already, you can access the Reckon One side of Payroll Web:

    1. Click on the nine dots in the top-left-hand corner of the screen.
    2. Select Reckon One.
    3. In Reckon One, go to Banking.
    4. Select Bank Payments.
    5. Click on Add.
    6. Select the bank account you setup in Settings.
    7. Select the Payment Date. This will be the date of you will pay your employees.
    8. Set a reference for your employee's payments.
    9. Click Next.
    10. Click on Add payment item.
    11. Payroll information will pre-fill in this area for each employee if their banking details have been entered into their employee details. You can tick the box on the left of these payments to bulk-add them to the ABA file.
    12. Click Select.
    13. After all employees are on record, you can click Generate file to create the ABA file for uploading.
    14. If you are missing employees, you will need to ensure their bank details are entered in properly into their employee details before they will appear.

    I hope this helps.
