super is incorrect?

hi there i am checking the super figures i have paid with the app the figures do not match the stp has it calculated as more than whats been paid even though i have gone thr every single paid run to ensure it has been calculated at 11% All gross and net and tax figures are correct however the super is not

    Hi @mel_10460334

    Can you let me know where specifically you're comparing the super balances that show a disparity.

    For example, are you running the Payroll Summary Report or a super report within Reckon Payroll? And subsequently, what are you comparing those balances to? eg. The ATO Business Portal, an income statement in the employees MyGov account or something else?

    If you can give us an example with screenshots (feel free to redact any personal info) that would be super helpful.
