Hi
Am processing first pay run of the FY and there is an error with the Net Pay figure
In the "Employees in this pay run" screen the correct Net Pay is showing
on the "Pay runs" screen where I would do the STP submission the net pay is doubled
I dont want to submit a STP for the incorrect amount

Can I just confirm if the pay run you're trying to create and submit is dated 1 July 2024 or after?
I'll do a bit of testing in my own account when I'm back in front of my PC and see if I can replicate

Hi @Rav
Yes - dated 01/07/24 for period 24 - 30th June
I run payroll for 3 companies - this error only occurred for one of them (the big one with 81 employees)

I'm really sorry for my delay in getting back to you. Is this still occurring for you?
I've done a bit of testing with the same pay date and period that you've mentioned and I haven't been able to replicate. Was this a pay run created from a Pay Schedule or an unscheduled pay run?
If you run a Payroll Summary report what does the earnings show in the report?

Hi @Rav
Still occurring (I havent submitted STP for this file due to this error)
Unscheduled pay run
Payroll summary report has correct figure
As I mentioned other books worked correctly
We process weekly payroll so will see what happens with todays file - but still need to rectify last weeks file and submit

Thanks for getting back to me @Samantha_9713244
How many employees are included in this particular pay run that is exhibiting this issue?
Do the other two books that are showing correctly have considerably less employees included in their pay runs?

@Rav 81 employees (although that is also duplicated to 162 on the Pay Runs screen)
Yes both others have less than 10 employees

Thanks @Samantha_9713244
I've just sent through a private message to get some additional info around this. If you could get back to me there that would be great ๐

Just wanted to loop back to this and let you know this should now be solved with the latest update to Reckon Payroll that released today.
Thanks for your patience and let me know if you still see anything abnormal with this.
