Cannot communicate with the company file
Im receiving this error when I open the company file on a client.
I have already entered the right port number on the firewall inbound and outbound and have also granted the permission on the folder for the user.
I then restart QuickBooks Database Manager Service and QuickBooksDB32 on Services and it fix the problem.
The only issue right now is that the client user must always restart these two services on the host machine before they can open the company file on the client machine.
Can you help?

I have done adding the firewall configuration and has also restore the company file from an earlier time but to no avail.
I still get this error when i open the company file from any client computer
I have also changed the host computer into a new computer but still get this message from client side.

Review the document HERE and confirm which method was used to install the Reckon Accounts software on the Host and Client machines.
