RKN Back up File

Hi

Since 2024 all of my B up files changed to an RKN file. I am trying to open reckon and locate my data file which is an RKN file , but reckon only recognise's the old QDF files.

Please help

Hi @peterdewar

Backup files (.RKN) need to be 'restored', not 'opened'.

It is data files (.QDF) that can be opened.

Use the restore option instead of the File | Open option.
