Why won't Reckon Personal Plus 2022 start?
This app has been running correctly since the last update but now randomly fails to launch. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The sample file opens OK, but my data file won't.
Is this a known issue, and can anyone offer a solution??

Do you know where your data file is stored and its file name?
Does your data file have an extremely long name with multiple 'dates' appened to the file name?
(Consider renaming the file and shortening the name)
Do you perform regular backups of your data file?
When was the last time you had created a backup and do you know where is it stored?
