Do you have text conversation support?

It's unhelp, to find that when I open two of the three message link I get a link not found. Plus, I have no interest in having a first comment badge. I'm asking for help from a human, no playing in a child's game to collect badges.

Hi Marilyn
The Reckon Community, which is the site you're on right now, is a text-based conversation platform.
What do you need assistance with specifically? Can you please provide us with some detail around your query so we can try to assist.
The previous responses were removed so apologies for the confusion around that.

I'm very new to the software platform, and finding little or no helpful video (youtube) tutorials as how to use.
I'm the business owner and my account has been transferred from a previous book keeping provider. Therefore, I only need to use this tool for book keeping, not for accountancy needs, this is the job of my accountant. My account for A Soul Awakening have been setup as has the bank feed. When the transfer was completed (nearly two months ago), 400 transactions came across without the supporting transaction documentation. I'm struggling to understand how I move the transaction, once I've uploaded the supporting documentation.
Can we start there please.Marilyn

Okay, I waiting an hour for a reply.
My understanding of a text communication system; is someone is actually there…in the same time period and having a text conversation.
Clearly, we have very different understanding of this topic.0 -
I think it's you that has the misunderstanding. Perhaps educate yourself on what an online community forum is and how they work.
What exactly do you mean by supporting documentation for these transactions? Right now, no one knows what you're talking about so it's pretty difficult for anyone on the forum to try and help you.
