It's been a whole week that Reckon reports have not been working. I'm unable to do any sort of report like unpaid invoices, GST etc. A week is far too long for something like this to be offline.
The issue was reported 02/09/24 (CAS-316489-W0N6B9).
I'm just being told that the back end team are working on it with no clue as to when this will be resolved. Others too aparently are experiencing this problem.
When is this to be resolved?
