When will Reckon One reports be working?

It's been a whole week that Reckon reports have not been working. I'm unable to do any sort of report like unpaid invoices, GST etc. A week is far too long for something like this to be offline.
The issue was reported 02/09/24 (CAS-316489-W0N6B9).
I'm just being told that the back end team are working on it with no clue as to when this will be resolved. Others too aparently are experiencing this problem.
When is this to be resolved?

Our dev teams have been investigating reports of this and then looking at the causes behind what's occurring which can take a bit of time as there's a fair bit to unpack.
The good news is the team are making good progress on it. While I don't have a firm timeframe on it just yet, I don't expect there to be too much more of a delay provided all goes well with work and testing.
The support team will be in touch as soon as we've got this sorted and I'll keep you posted as well.

We haven't forgotten about this and the team are working very hard on ensuring this is solved ASAP.
While we were aiming to have this sorted this week, to be fully transparent, we've hit some delays as there is some critical work required that needs to happen and be released first in order for the fixes for reports and a few other things to come through.
Rest assured we're on the case however the ETA on this will likely stretch a bit further and is now more likely toward the end of this month. As I've said though, the team are working on this as we speak and doing everything we can get this sorted quicker.
If anything changes or there's any further updates I'll let you know.

We tried getting a fix in for this last week however we had to roll it back as there were some issues with the release. We're continuing to work on this as a priority, I can't provide a timeframe just yet but it should still on track toward the end of this month. I will let you know as soon as I receive word on a firm timeline.

Can you please give your reports another go when you have a chance and let me know if you're able to generate them normally in your book now?

hi Rav, I tried the GST report which appeared to be working.
Unpaid invoices is not working. Itβs attempting to generate the report. It doesnβt say that it failed, but Iβve tried multiple times and the reckon symbol just goes round and round.
