MFA not working

My undserstanding was that MFA applies every time you log on. I have logged in multiple times today and have not been asked for multi factor authentication.
I have checked the settings and MFA is enabled

MFA was required every time you logged in previously. Once a day is not as secure.
More security is better I would suggest

Just checking as well, as previously (like yesterday) every time I logged in it wanted MFA, but today I haven't had to use it once. Something has changed, just saying, from NZ- if that makes a difference, oh and I don't use Reckon payroll
