This is due to a long-term technical glitch.

Add the RESC column to the report & you'll see which specific pays are affected. Unlock & re-save each relevant Paycheque & this should refresh them 😊

Hi Zheng. My understanding of your problem is that when you run the Super Report by Employee, it is not picking up the details for a staff member who has a Salary Sacrifice deduction. The apparent reason for this is that you report has not specifically asked for this item to be included in your report. Each time that you might introduce a new Super item, it needs to be included in the report that you run. Here is what you need to do:

    A) Run your report and then click on Modify Report (top left hand corner).

    B) Then click on Filters. When you do so, another box will open which provides you with the Current Filter Choices. Then click on Payroll Item and another box will open on the left hand side which will probably say Multiple Payroll Items. Click on the down arrow and scroll down the listing to see which payroll items you have included in the report. You will likely find that you payroll item for Salary Sacrifice has not been ticked. Then tick it to include it in your report. Then click OK. Then run your report and it should show up.
