Dash board not showing connected bank details and other data

Hi everyone,

just started setting up my R.O account, and finally have managed to get the banking data into the transactions, however, I see nothing related to this on the "dashboard".

Instead all I see is the default welcome dashboard with the text etc….. called support, but sadly, he couldnt get me off the phone quick enough…. trying to tell me my business has 500k income etc as stated in the Net position when this was the default dashboard for when you first start R.O!!! LOL
(see below image attached)

So Gurus… I have many questions, but this is the first one!
What am I needing to adjust/fix/add/do to make this dashboard represent my bank account data etc??

Do I have to start another "book" and delete this one??

    Hi @pmm,

    Unfortunately, that is a limitation of the software and no Reckon one transaction widget has been created. However, if you would like to make feature request for additional widgets please provide the feedback here:

    Reckon Product Ideas

    Also, you are unable to reset a book you need to go through all settings or create a new book and cancel the current one. But that will not change the widgets on the dashboard.

    Hi @pmm,

    Thanks for your patience and an unsatisfactory experience with our support. I highly recommend selecting the customize dashboard and adding what you require there, however there is limitations and you will need to play around with your configuration that you would like:

    Here is an example of the Bank accounts widget that can be used to show all your bank accounts and their respective balances and amount for each month:

    All the daShboard items are ticked, and I get thesame result as the screenshot provided. I have "Bank Transactions" but no "reckon one transactions", so does this mean all of the dashboard is only for things done through RO? I wouldnt suspect that this is the case, however, nothing is working.
    I think I may have either deleted an asccount and its now all out of whack, and I will need to erase this "book" and start another one???
    Is this reset of the book possible?
