I have just wanted to edit a staff's birthday but failed and got this message: "Error when trying to update employee details Please try again or contact support." Please help me to fix it.

    Hi @Wislon

    Are you manually entering in the amended date of birth and then selecting the date from the calendar pop-up that appears?

    Yes, I manually entered in the amended date of birth and then selected the date from the calendar pop-up that appears, but the message pop-up

    I know this is going to sound a little odd but can I just get you to check the Pay Setup tab for this specific employee. Does it show a Base Rate of $0.00 on the left?

    If it does show $0.00 for the base rate, is there also an earnings item added with the override option selected?
