I have added a new super fund in the superannuation list but is not coming up when I try and add it to an employee - suggests why not showing.

    Hi @lesley_9730541 ,

    I just want to confirm: are you still able to select other super funds that you created previously, with the only exception being the new fund?

    That is correct - just the new one added - it doesn't show up on the list when adding into the employee's details but it show on the list of all super funds

    I remember a situation where this occurred, and we were able to add it to the employee by setting the new super fund as the default super fund.

    I may need to investigate further, but would you be open to granting book access for this? I'll reach out to you for some additional details.

    Hi @lesley_9730541

    Is the new super fund that you've created in an active status? ie. does it appear as an Active fund in the Superannuation Fund list or is it Inactive?

    Is it an APRA super fund that you've created or a SMSF?

    Good to hear, out of curiosity did you do anything in particular, or make any changes to make it work/appear?

    Hi Rav

    I went to the superannuation tab after inactive and found the fund there and then put the employee number in - seemed to work
