    I have an employee who is going on 9 day fortnight instead of 10. Do i reduce the hours by the day he is taking off? As his salary will be reduced by this one day. Also how is annual and sick leave calculated. He is saying it is a Flexi day but i disagree that it is not. Shouldn't the leave calculation also reduce by the hours he will not be working example if he is working 90 hours a fortnight and now only working 81 i should be paying him on 81 hours, and therefore the calculation of leave should be on 81 hours.
