What's happening specifically? Are you encountering an error message? If so, what is it?

I can log in but it is stuck on the home page. I have processed the pay run but unable to print the report, or anything at all for that matter?

We are not currently experiencing any issues with Reckon Accounts Hosted.
What error message are you seeing when you attempt to launch Reckon Accounts?

None whatsoever. It is just unresponsive. The menu options appear but won't allow anything further.

In the first instance I'd recommend checking if there is a prompt/window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.
Failing that, close the window then log back into Reckon Accounts Hosted but before launching your file go into the RAH control panel and log off any active sessions. Once that is done, try launching your file again and see if that allows you to resume access.
