Can I manually process bank feeds when they do not appear overnight?

Hi, I am fairly new to Reckon. I manage my rental properties and need to have up to date tenant banking info, but some days, my bank feeds just do not happen overnight. I would like to be able to manually request a feed at that moment without waiting another night, hoping it would happen automatically. Some instances, I have found the delay could be up to 3 days. My old Sage system could do so, can Reckon? Appreciate your assistance, thanks, Ross.

Dear @Ross ,
What type of BankData Connection are you using? Direct Feed, Yodlee, or OpenBanking?
Depending on what you're using, there may be ways to refresh the feeds faster, or an alternate solution if reports are needed urgently.

Hi Alexis, thanks your prompt reply. I am using Direct Feeds.

I have 2 banks feeding, ANZ is using Direct Feed, CBA is using Yodlee. I am getting 1 to 3 days delay in feeds, to either bank. I would really wish to be able to do a manual feed when I need to.

Dear @Ross ,
You can force an update to your Yodlee feed by changing the retrieval backlog in your Book Settings:
- Go to the Administration Cogwheel in the top-right-hand corner of your book.
- Select Settings.
- Under General, go to Book Settings.
- You should see a field called BankData - Retrieve Last [] Days.
- Change the number in this field by a day (eg. if it reads 30, change it to 29). This will update the feeds.
As for your ANZ bank, ANZ's connection via Direct Feeds can take time due to the level of processing needed to push through updates to all ANZ customers. Tied with their unique security system, this delay is normal, and while understandably frustrated, it is currently the best method offered to connect with ANZ.
It should be noted, of course, ANZ provides the updates in the Direct Feed connection scenario.
