what do i need to do when its asking me to review details> ive already added the super fund etc but still keeps asking me to review it

    Dear @mel_10460334 ,

    A few questions:

    1. When did you setup the Superfund/Super Details in the Employees setup? Before or after you created this payrun?
    2. Did you create this payrun with "Copy Items from Previous Pay" ticked?
    3. What does it say when you click "Review Details"?

    Hi @mel_10460334

    Are you using the default system-generated super fund for this employee? Or did you create and apply the employee's actual super fund?

    If its the former, I believe the Review message is just alerting you that super is being allocated to the default system-generated super fund within Reckon Payroll.

    so do i need to delete the default super fund if i have already set up the super fund in the employees details?

    Dear @mel_10460334 ,

    You'll only need to delete the Superannuation item from this payrun.

    After it's removed, add it back in. It should list itself under the correct Super Fund that the employee has been listed under.

    Dear @mel_10460334 ,

    You will need to click Edit next to the Superannuation line, then remove the Default Super Fund in the Employee Setup.

    After this, in the Pay Run, you will need to remove the Super Guarantee item, then re-add it to the payrun.

    Are you attempting to remove the default super fund from the employee profile or from within that individual pay run itself?

    What is happening when you attempt to remove it? Are you encountering an error message? If so, what is it?
