Reckon One -Unable to view or download invoices from the Email screen - new issue.

In the past I've been able to post an invoice, hit send email and within the email screen open the invoice in the attachment on the bottom left. This then opened the invoice and we could view it or download it to send manually to clients who couldn't stop our invoices going to their junk folder. The last couple of days, when I hit the invoice attachment (bottom left of screen) an error note pops up.

We've had to manually send the invoice via the Reckon email to our own company email, then open and save the invoice in our email, then send on to customer. What's happened to the invoice attachment?

    Hi @Mark Brown

Could you provide an example of the error message you are getting?

This is what pops up when I click on the invoice attachment.

    Thanks!! @Mark Brown

I will forward this to our dev team to take a look at this.

In the meanwhile, I believe you are still able to open and print a copy of the invoice by clicking Print instead of opening it from Send via email.

I hadn't even looked at that - thanks.

Yes that will work for us.

    I raised a case on 31/1:

    CAS-336015-F6B9H9

which is apparently already with developers

    Hi folks

I believe this has been resolved just a little while ago. Can you please give it another go when you have a chance and let me know if its working as normal for you now?

    Cheers!
