Leave Balance and accrual value Report not correct


Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue with the leave balances and accrual value report in Reckon One. I noticed that the OTE value calculation for one of the employee’s annual leave, long service leave, and personal leave is based on their previous salary instead of their latest annual salary after the review. I tried deleting and re-entering the salary in the employee’s details, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it?

This could be possibly happening because of delayed update of the employee record. Please try the following steps -
- Delete the Salary Item from the Employee Record - Pay Set-up as in the screenshot attached below:
- Navigate to the Pay run and undo it.
- Next, re-add the Salary Item to the record.
- After that, remove the pay item from the pay run and then add it back again.

Hi Tanvi,
I followed those steps, and the OTE value was updated to use the latest salary for calculation. However, after deleting the pay run, the OTE value reverted to using the previous salary. Is there another way to fix this?
