Leave taken reporting
Is there any way at all of generating a report that lists the leave taken in hours by an employee?
I have tried filtering reports by Account equiry:
But there isn't the option of filtering down to a specific employee. That would atleast allow extraction to excel for manual calculations.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We could easily do this in Payroll Premier.

Thanks for the tip @klaura . I tried that too. Just a shame that we can't have the individual Pay items available to filter further . Very hard to go through 2 years of pays to work out when Personal Leave was taken.
Do you know if there is anything happening in the near future to address this lack of reporting options?

I know this might not be overly helpful for your current situation, but I'll just add that if you add in the dates leave is taken when creating a pay run as outlined here - Leave dates can be entered in pay run 🆕🌴, then those dates will appear in the Payroll Detail Report which can be filtered by employee.

Thanks @Rav yes we always put in the dates but unfortunately does not make the search any easier other than going pay by pay through the report and writing down when the leave was taken. I know that the data is in the software it's just the lack of filter options that stops us from generating valuable, time minimising reports.
Reporting remains the biggest bugbear of this software compared to what we had in Payroll Premier.

Just looping back to this conversation for a quick update, Reckon One now has a Leave Taken report which is designed to provide clear visibility of leave recorded within a selected date range.
