Faint text on Reckon Accounts Hosted screens when using Apple Mac computers.

I recently had a problem with the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform in that the text on all screens was very faint and hard to read. After seeking help from Reckon we determined that the only way to get this fixed permanently was to zoom my screen from 100% to 110%. Has anyone else experienced this problem when using an Apple Mac computer to access their company file in Reckon Accounts Hosted?
