How do I get historical information from payroll premier?

Since the upgrade to payroll premier to online then to Reckon One I have no historical information which is making it hard to calculate long service leave?

    Can you let us know what information specifically you're looking for to help calculate LSL?

    I believe any current leave items associated with an employee, and their leave balances, should have come over in your upgrade to Reckon Payroll.

    Is that the case for you?

    Dear @Leanne Kendrick ,

    The upgrade process from Payroll Premier to Reckon One carries across all employee pay history as YTD data. You will find totals listed in YTD values in there.

    As long as your employee's Start Date is listed properly on their employee profile, and the Long Service Leave Start Date matches when they were eligible to start receiving it, the system should automatically handle calculations for you.

    No it has not. They worked for a company which changed to a different setup so the original hours worked are not coming up in the reports to transfer over. Is there someone I can speak too?
