    Hi is anyone else experiences difficulties with copy & pasting into Reckon from an external source? I could yesterday but I can't today

    What's happening specifically when you attempt to copy and paste? Are you running into an error?
    Which browser and operating system are you using?


    How are you copying and pasting? ie. are you using Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V on your keyboard or a different way?

    Hi Rav, I use Ctrl+C & Ctrl+V, I am attempting to copy words from an excel spreadsheet to paste into an invoice, there is no error that pops up. I use microsoft edge in reckon accounts hosted, I was just going to leave it & see if worked tomorrow

    Hi @LisaGray2022

    I'd also recommend checking whether Clipboard access is enabled in your site permissions. There's usually a pop-up the first time, but it's easy to miss.

    If you are using Chrome, you can click this icon next to the URL in the address bar to review and adjust the permissions.

    Sorry, I just noticed you said you used Edge.

    It's similar on Edge but you need to go into Permissions for this site, and review the settings there.
