Extract an allowance for FBT reporting

I am struggling to find how to achieve a report from Reckon Payroll for the following;
I am trying to run a report for the FBT reporting period 01.04.2024 to 31.03.25 for the allowance indicated in the below payslip, for about 30 employees for the 12 month FBT period.
This allowance reports in the 'Tax Free Allowances & Reimbursements' with other Tax Free Allowances, how do I extract ONLY this allowance as a TOTAL per employee for the 12 months for the FBT report period, please?
It's entered for each employee for each pay run, but I can't find how to report one total figure for 12 months for EACH individual employee.

This type of report is currently a limitation of Reckon Payroll. However, you may consider using Reporting > Reports > Payroll > PAYROLL DETAIL to view individual employee details, as you can sort and filter the information accordingly.

Yes, a report is generated with each pay run.
Alternatively, you can refer to the employee’s most recent payslip to obtain the Year-To-Date totals for the allowance item you are looking for.

The FBT year is 1st APRIL to 31st MARCH.
The YTD figure on the payslips wouldn't include 01.04.24 to 30.06.24 :(

Could you please confirm that you are looking for the information for the previous financial year? When you navigate to the previous period and review the most recent payslips, does it show you the item you are looking for?

The ATO reporting period for FBT is 1st April to 31st March every year, this is reported on employees Payment Summaries for each Financial Year for the FBT period 1st April to 31st March.
The FBT I am doing now is for 01.04.24 to 31.03.25 - this will be entered on each employee's payroll YTD FBT amount for FY 2024-2025.
A YTD figure for LAFHA is obtainable on the last payslips for MARCH this year, this covers 9 months - 01.07.24 to 31.03.25.
But you can't do the same for the other 3 months for 01.04.24 to 30.06.24 because the last payslips for 31.03.24 have the whole years YTD LAFHA figure on them.
We just need more reporting flexibility like we had in Payroll Premier. If there was a way to run a report for the Payment Summary for each allowance that groups in the 'The Tax Free Allowances and Reimbursements' we would have the FBT LAFHA figure for any period.
We Urgently need to be able to report on COLLATED pay periods - not restricted to individual pay runs.
I have gone back through payslips / payroll detail reports and achieved this, but incredibly time consuming.

Thanks for flagging this. It sounds like you're looking to be able to filter down by pay item across specific employees in a custom date range. Unfortunately, we don't have a report in Reckon One at this stage that allow you to drilldown by pay item.
We do have some improvements coming very soon for some reports however to be transparent, those planned updates aren't in this area.
This would make a great idea though and I'd strongly encourage you to add it as an idea in the Reckon Payroll Ideas & Feature Requests page here on the Community.
