Error message when allocating receipt


Hi there,
I am getting the following error message in bank transactions when trying to allocate a receipt and when I enter the customer and account. Has anyone got an idea why?

Also, is it still occurring if you try today?

If you could please see if this is resolved as we had a technical difficulty yesterday afternoon, that may have resolved this for you. Development has pushed a fix for it and we are investigating the incident.
