Tool Box


Good Morning
Upon logging in this morning to Reckon Accounts Hosted I notice a new screen.. All good!
But, I cannot locate the toolbox. I need to download and update payment files and I just cannot locate the icon.
Please advise where the icon is now located on my screen

This is the latest version and the red toolbox has been replaced by Files - along the top of the screen. Find the file you need to download and select Action - Download

As @Kris_Williams mentioned, this is the latest version of the software and toolbox from the old interface has been replaced with floating toolbar.

Does this information relate to downloading wages files? As I am trying to get my wages to bank and I cannot locate the tool box? I would have been great to have a bit of a heads up, without scrambling on a Monday morning to find out how to do it. (in my opinion)

Yes, that's totally fair. All Reckon Accounts Hosted users who were upgraded to the new platform last week were sent an email on Monday and Thursday last week prior to their upgrade occurring as a heads up along with info on the new platform.
Also, yes the info linked above includes step by step instructions on how to upload and download files with the new platform.
Let us know how you get on.

Thanks I wasn't working last week and must have missed this email… and have just checked emails now after your advice above and yes there is one.
I just logged into reckon this morning to do the pays as usual without fully checking all my emails from last week.
All good, have found what I need and am now deleting lots of OLD files.

The removal of the toolbox button is a retrograde step, not an improvement. Downloading files is now a multi click, search and click operation, whereas before it was at most a 3 click operation.
Disappointing and inconvenient is how I would describe it.
