How do I copy and paste?

    How do i now copy from an outside source, and paste into reckon? I used to be able to copy the data, then go into clipboard, paste, then copy again into my purchase order/quote? I've attempted to open clipboard, the previous item is still showing from my previous copy within reckon, it won't let me delete it to input the new item I want to paste from an outside source?? confused.

    Which browser are you using?

    Copy and paste works with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V, however the most common cause it may not be working is due to permissions to the clipboard not being given in your browser.

    There's some info on this here which hopefully helps - Why can't I copy and paste, or print in the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform?

    Unfortunately, Firefox seems to be very restrictive when it comes to sharing the clipboard and in fact, when I was playing around with it, there didn't seem to be a way at all to allow sharing it within the browser settings.

    I know its not ideal, but the only recommendation I have at this stage would be to switch to Google Chrome as its the supported browser on the new platform.

    Hey Guys,

    Any updates - I am also using Firefox, as Chrome and safari will not open application and am unable to update either of these.

    Hi @brt

    Google Chrome is the recommended and supported browser so I'd highly recommend using it with the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform if possible.

    If you're not able to access Google Chrome, then are you able to download and use Microsoft Edge?

    Also, you've mentioned Chrome is not opening and won't update, is there a specific reason for that? What is preventing Chrome from opening correctly on your computer?
