Pop up box wont go away

As per the attached screen shot the pop up box won't go away. A 2nd box pops up behind it but I can't see it.

It is also stopping me from accessing the tabs along the top of the dashboard .

    Hi @LynPointon

    Have you enabled sharing your clipboard from your browser? It looks like that pop-up is asking you to do so which is a crucial step after upgrading to the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform.

    There's some more detailed info on this here but if you click on that pop-up, does it bring up a prompt that asks you to allow sharing your clipboard?

    I can't enable as the pop up is over laying it

    I can't quite tell from your screenshot but which browser are you using?

    Please note - Firefox and Safari are not supported with Reckon Accounts Hosted’s new platform due to specific browser limitations. These browsers do not fully support the clipboard sharing functionality and have stricter controls around pop-up permissions, which are essential for certain features within the Hosted environment.

    If switch over to Google Chrome which is the supported/recommended browser, does the same thing occur for you?

    I currently use Edge. No, it is all good on Chrome. So I guess i will change browsers.
