The new clipboard doesn't have the same functionality since the update is this going to be rectified. I need to copy and paste into Reckon for all invoices and it won't copy multiple lines anymore and it's twice as much work to do it now.

Also not sure why there is a clipboard at all I used to be able to copy directly in, it's extremely time consuming now.

Unfortunately, Firefox (and Safari) are not supported with Reckon Accounts Hostedโ€™s new platform due to specific browser limitations around permissions. These browsers do not fully support the clipboard sharing functionality and have stricter controls around pop-up permissions, which are essential for certain features within the Hosted environment.

I can appreciate that its a bit of a change but for the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.

Hi there @meganbond, welcome back to the Community ๐Ÿ™‚

Which browser are you using with Hosted at the moment?

Have you enabled the browser permission to share you clipboard as outlined in our Getting Started guide?

Copy and paste should work directly with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V if you're using Google Chrome on Windows. I've just tested copying and pasting multi-lines from an external source into an invoice in Reckon Accounts Hosted and it seemed to work ok, example below.

Can you let us know which browser and OS you're using along with how you're attempting to copy and paste at the moment?

    I'm using Firefox.

I'm not copying like your example. It's separate, you used to be able to copy and paste into the clipboard more than once.
