FAILED TO CREATE PAY RUN - PLEASE TRY AGAIN

I had to resubscribe with a new credit card and account is now active. I have tried 6 times to create a Pay Run the message above appears. The only thing I have changed was the subscription payment details. I have restarted the mobile and I have reinstalled the app, and I am still getting the same message.
I had an error in one of the pay runs, the app allowed be to edit but will not allow me to save the changes.

So just to confirm, there are no other changes such as new employees or new pay items used in this payrun, it was only your payment method that was updated?
You've mentioned you've tried to complete this a few times now, did you delete and recreate the pay run from scratch on each of those occasions? Or just hit the mark as paid button?
What was the error that you corrected?

10hrs later and it is working. But to answer your questions, the only change I made was to change the credit card for the monthly subscription payment, after being reminded of overdue payment and account status was inactive. As soon as I changed these details, the account changed to active, but at the time kept receiving the problematic message.
The Pay Run didn't get the chance to create. I had signed out, signed back in twice. Got the same message. Then restarted the phone, signed back into Reckon. Got the same message.
Deleted the app and re installed the app. Signed in, tried to create the pay run and same message. I am thinking just have to be patient for a few hours after changing subscription payment information
