New Upgrade 2025

I was going to leave upgrading till after 30th June 2025

But today I cannot get into Accounts Hosted 2024 R1 although it states it wont be removed till 13th August.

Help Please as I do not have the time or capacity at the moment to understand an upgrade and keep working.

    What is happening specifically when you attempt to launch Reckon Accounts Hosted 2024?

    Are you encountering a specific error message? If so, what is it?

    On my account I can still see the 2024 version is still available.

    Do you have the 2 options when you log in?

    It was coming up with the usual box with a blurb and question Do you want to Upgrade type YES?

    I tried a few times to login and when I just tried now it let me in.

    So sorry to bother you.

    Yes, the same as your screen shot. But it has now let me in.

    When I open the 2025 version, it prompts me to upgrade as well.
