ETP appearing in system generated EOFY 24-25 finalisation report

A current employee incorrectly has an ETP on the EOFY report which does not appear in payroll summary report.

    the amount does appear in YTD under ordinary not sure how as i didn't add it -new staff this fin yr.

    anyway I'll adjust and see what happens

    Hi @vittoria

    I'd recommend taking the look at the info here in our guide on reconciling for the EOFY on the differences between the Payroll Summary Report and the EOFY finalisation screen.

    In a nutshell though, the EOFY finalisation screen shows balances disaggregated from gross, including ETP, whereas the Payroll Summary Report does not ie. it shows aggregated balances. So any ETP balance showing separately in the EOFY finalisation but not in the Payroll Summary Report is correct.

    With that said, you've mentioned its a current employee. Was a termination pay created for this employee at any stage during the financial year? Or do they have an ETP balance added to their initial YTD balance?

    Hi @Rav

    all other numbers for this employee reconcile, ie gross tax super. A termination has never been created for him. I went thru all individual payruns and nothing?

    Does the employee have an ETP value added to their initial YTD balances for the financial year?

    You'll find this by going to their profile ➡️ Edit ➡️ Initial YTD
