Can you print/email Payment Summaries with Launch 2025?

The old Payment Summaries functionality has been removed from the latest edition of Reckon Accounts Hosted as there is no longer any need for them since the introduction of STP and more specifically, Income Statements.
In addition, the new reporting requirements introduced under STP Phase 2 weren't part of the old Payment Summary (or EMPDUPE) lodgement process so they were showing incorrect balances with the disaggregation of gross in STP2.
Instead an employee can view their Income statements in their MyGov account and it can be printed directly from there as well if a paper copy is required.

Thank you. I still have employees who would prefer to have them emailed rather than going into their MyGov account. I will advise staff.

@AdlFL If really necessary, you can always print (or email) a screen snip of their STP record - Just click on the Detail link at the end of your Finalise Year STP submission in Reckon's portal, then on the Detail link again, for each employee 😊
